A useful decision should make sense without a lesson in jargon or an appeal to authority.
About Leeca / Ownership
Leeca works with businesses that depend on technology but have nobody responsible for the whole picture. The work combines technical judgement, security and an understanding of what it takes to keep a business running.
Small by design. Clear about scope, limits and responsibility.
Why it exists
An agency can deliver a website. A supplier installs devices. A tool produces alerts. The gap appears when nobody decides what comes first, checks that the pieces fit or keeps the full picture in view.
Leeca takes responsibility for that gap. It can deliver a defined project or own an ongoing area of work, with security included from the start and without turning every conversation into a list of technologies.
Who is behind it
Founder · Software engineer and cybersecurity professional
Álvaro has worked across development, systems, vulnerability management, offensive security and engineering. That experience connects technical decisions to operational consequences, explains risk without drama and supports the work that follows a recommendation.
This professional history belongs to Álvaro. Leeca does not present clients, projects or results from previous employers as its own work.

01
A useful decision should make sense without a lesson in jargon or an appeal to authority.
02
Where scope allows, Leeca delivers, checks and documents. A list of improvements without an owner rarely changes anything.
03
Controls respond to the risk and the business. Leeca does not sell fear or promise absolute security.
04
Accounts, documentation and decisions should remain accessible to the business, including when the relationship ends.
Working with Leeca
That reduces translation, avoids promises that are hard to deliver and lets the work fit the actual problem instead of copying a large consultancy process.
